Your main instructor, Joanna Cashman, is a 500 hr E-RYT with Yoga Alliance, a registered nurse, licensed massage therapist, and Certified Integrative Yoga Therapist who holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Dance from Arizona State University. Join us and acquire the skills, knowledge and confidence you need to make the transition from yoga practitioner to yoga teacher.
